Nowadays, people are hoping to have more search engine traffic than paid traffic. Why is that so? From my observation it seems that the perception is that its virtually free and long term. There are drawbacks like the amount of effort and time it takes to build your presence online. One overlooked topic is the marketing plan which can be explained in 3 steps.
Step #1: Developing Discipline In Your Action Plan
There are many other marketers trying to tell you that it takes hard work and determination if you want to generate more search engine traffic. Let me tell you from my experience. It is true but its just the half truth. You see, all it really means is being able to discipline yourself to stick to your action plan. My action plan first started out on a piece of paper. Slowly it became my lifestyle. Such as I would feel like something is missing if I didn't do one item stuck in my mind today.
Step #2: Employing Feasible Tactics
You can choose so many ways to generate more search engine traffic in just one e-book. The point is, you should only choose 1 or 2 feasible tactic. Meaning it has to be realistic tactic such as article, press release, link bait, back linking, community websites or just blogging. Choose only one that fits your time schedule and budget. Study one tactic in and out then start to execute it daily as in step 1.
Step #3: On And On And On...
I remember my mentors tell me that, "doing the same thing over and over but expecting different results is insanity!". While you should agree with this, you must also note that it is difficult to adapt to change sometimes. For instance, the rules and regulations for article submission might change so you have to change too. Who said generating more search engine traffic is boring?
The Key To Massive Traffic
Your key to more search engine traffic really lies within you. Find your own direction in terms of marketing online and you will find your groove. Many people just pursue their greed to get more search engine traffic by copying the top rankers. You just have to be different and develop your own proficiency.
